Crisis Management (Emergency Management): The plan and process of responding to an emergency situation and minimizing damage to property or injuries to persons once an emergency or crisis has occurred. [PAFM Management Glossary]

Crisis management is also referred to as emergency management:

Emergency management is defined as "a process to reduce loss of life and property and to protect assets from all types of hazards through a comprehensive, risk-based, emergency management program of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery." An Emergency Plan is simply documentation of the elements in the program. (http://www.davislogic.com/emergency.htm#Management)
